Hines MansionThe Hines Mansion, built in 1895 by Russell and Kitty Hines, was designed by Utah architect Richard Kletting, who also designed the Utah State Capitol. Constructed
as a showpiece during Provo’s economic recovery, it was one of the first homes built by the city’s early gentry. For more than a century, it has served as a luxurious residence, an apartment house, restaurants, and more, remaining a key part of
Provo’s downtown heritage. I wanted the rebrand to reflect the hotel’s timeless
and sophisticated nature.
